Along with the megatrend of Industrial 4.0,as well as under the background of the increasingly fierce competition among the enterprises,manufacturing enterprises need to continuously improve their management level,if they want to develop well.Job shop scheduling problem,as an important part of enterprise management,has gotten extensive attention by the manufacturing industry and academia.The scheduling problem of engineering machinery workshop with bottleneck equipment belongs to the job scheduling problem.In this paper,according to the characteristics of engineering machinery production,the problem of job shop scheduling is solved by using immune genetic algorithm on the basis of the recognition of the bottleneck.The production scheduling system is designed,according to the algorithm and solution process proposed in this paper.Firstly,this paper confesses the research background and significance of the subject and introduces the research situation and research methods of the bottleneck recognition and job scheduling problem.Then,according to the characteristics of engineering machinery workshop,the bottleneck equipment is recognized by using the method,which is based on the characteristics of network structure and considers two major factors including processing time and utilization rate of equipment.Next,the engineering machinery workshop scheduling model with the multi-resource and multi-objective under the environment of bottleneck is proposed.The model is solved by using the coding base on equipment and immune genetic algorithm,making immune operation on the gene segment corresponding to the bottleneck equipment.The rationality and effectiveness of the algorithm proposed are verified by an example.Finally,a production scheduling system is designed to solve the problem.And the design of the system function and architecture is explained,and the interface of the software is also displayed.
