There are many problems in road construction nowadays, such as the illogical configuration of machinery of cluster, the lack or overstock of material, the low efficiency of construction, and the high intensity of work. In order to solve these problems, we usually help with the intelligence, dynamic scheduling and online prediction of construction quality of construction clusters,and these are inevitable tendency of the future machinery industry. The significance of developing intelligent engineering machinery of cluster is stepping up the manufacture level of engineering machinery and the construction level of national significant item, and advancing the competitiveness of national engineering machinery industry and equipment level of national construction equipment with new technology.The multi-agent is the most advanced technology of artificial intelligence, the MAS is composited by mitrl-agent who can finish the task with each other. Genetic algorithms (GA) are new technologies for optimization, which simulate inherit and evolution in the nature and get optimal solutions through reproduction, crossover and mutation operations.This paper apply the multi-agent system to intelligence realizing of high way construction machinery of cluster,and study the dynamic arrangement-schedule of the engineering machinery of cluster in construction with the genetic algorithm and study the material supply chain of multi-agent system of engineering machinery of cluster.The first, it builds the cost function of the cluster of engineering machinery in the construction, then the result can be rapidly counted by the genetic algorithm. The result can be used in guiding the procedure of construction, in order to raise productivity and reduce the cost.The second, it gives the hybrid layered multi-agent system configuration of road construction machinery of cluster with the method of integrating centre control and distributed control for predigesting system design. it developed the system of the construction management in the MAGE.It can solve the problem of the material-management,dynamic-schedule and quality-control.One word, this paper studys the system configuration, the material supply chain and construction control process of machinery of cluster preparatory, with multi-agent, the genetic algorithm which can lay a good foundation for the farther particular design of machinery of cluste.
