In recent years,as the use of automobiles has become more widespread,more and more users have been demanding the performance of automobiles not only for the driving and carrying functions of automobiles.Users are paying more and more attention to the NVH performance of automobiles.In NVH performance,users are different from vehicles.The ringing is especially important.Since the user often lifts the door glass and the door glass lifting system approaches the position of the occupant,the user is particularly concerned about the abnormal sound generated during the use of the door glass.It will affect the ride experience of the driver and the occupant and reduce their Quality evaluation of the vehicle.So while the vehicle satisfies many basic use performance requirements,it should also prevent the emergence of various abnormal sounds or reduce its level.This article takes the door glass lift system of a passenger vehicle as the research object,according to the 6 Sigma problem research method,formulates an NVH control method for the glass lift of the passenger car door,and optimizes the door glass lift process through experimental design.The control range of key factors.The main contents are as follows:1.Based on the research status of NVH at home and abroad,the development status of the 6 Sigma method and the automotive NVH research,combined with practical work,a technical route to solve the abnormal sound problem of certain types of door glass lift is proposed.2.Introduced the theoretical basis of S&R,including the Squeak and Rattle influencing factors,and provided the research and analysis a theoretical of S&R below.3.The structural characteristics of the door glass lifting system and the source of noise that may be generated when the door glass is raised and lowered are introduced in detail.It provides a theoretical basis for the search and analysis of abnormal noise points below.4.The author mainly uses the 6 Sigma method to solve this abnormal sound problem.In the DMAIC system defined by the 6 Sigma method,the first is the definition stage.At this stage,the problem points complained by customers are identified,and the CTQ(Key Quality Characteristics)is defined from the perspective of the customer.Defining the project to a specific operational level and developing an accurate problem statement.5.Measurement phase,determine the measurement points during the experiment,and develop a data collection plan for the measurement instrument system analysis(MSA).6.Analyze the stage,from the analysis of the process and the repeatability and reproducibility of the test system,define the key process factors at this stage,and provide the basis for subsequent factor analysis.Next,identify the factors that need to be studied,and use appropriate tools for analysis and research on these factors.Typical tools include Turkey inspection,histograms,scatter plots,multiple mutation plots,one-way ANOVA,and mixed-stock experimental designs.And response surface design.7.In the improvement phase,after factor analysis,optimize according to the analysis results,determine the control range of these key factors,and carry out actual verification of the optimization plan.8.In the control stage,after the actual verification of the optimization plan,the implementation standards are finally formed.The team is mainly responsible for updating relevant documents such as standard operating instructions,FMEA,etc.during the control phase.Because this part is related to project operations,this article does not focus on this part.
