The supporting structure of smoke tower includes the scaffolding support structure,the reinforcement structure and the operation platform,etc.As an important carrier in the construction process of the power plant,the supporting structure not only carries the weight of structure and the load of construction equipment,but also serves as an important channel and working platform for construction workers.Therefore,the mechanical properties of supporting structure should be valued and guaranteed.In this thesis,the Midas Civil which is a kind of structure analysis software is used to analyze the mechanical properties of the supporting structure of the power plant smoke tower.The main contributions in this thesis can be shown in the follows.(1)Using Midas Civil software,the three-dimensional finite element models of full-scale scaffolding support structure under two kinds of design schemes are established.The computational stages are designed according to the conditions of segmental construction process and corresponding construction load.And the construction phase analysis of the two kinds of scaffolding support structure models is carried out.The distributions of stress and displacement of the two schemes scaffolding support structures in the same construction stage are compared.(2)The structural improvement of the second scheme is carried out,and the improved scaffolding support structure is analyzed according to the original construction stage.Then the distributions of structural displacement and stress are compared with them before the structural improvement optimization.(3)The stability analysis of the scaffold supporting structure under two kinds of design schemes and the improved structure is done,and the buckling coefficients and the modal map of the scaffolding support structure are obtained.According to the requirements of the specification,the local stability of the scaffolding is checked,and the results of the stability analysis of the structures are compared.(4)The three-dimensional finite element model of flue hole reinforcement structure is established.Then several calculation cases are designed according to the construction phase of the cast-in-place cylinder wall and the load conditions.The mechanical analysis of reinforcement structure is carried out,and the deformation characteristics of the reinforced structure are summarized.The results in the thesis not only provide security for the construction of the smoke tower,but also provide useful reference for the design and engineering application of the same type of supporting structure.
