CRH3 EMU is one of the most important projects introduced in China's railway industry,which has the fastest speed and the highest technical content.It is a milestone in China's railway transportation.CRH380 B high speed EMU is a new product developed by our country on the basis of CRH3 type EMU.EMU wiring process is a key process in the manufacturing process,and its production efficiency and wiring rationality and quality improvement play an important role in the whole EMU production.In the process of absorption of high speed EMU design and manufacturing technology,according to the wiring scheme design,process flow,line layout,wiring harness,toward the groove cavity using many optimization,combined with the actual situation of CRH380 B EMU and puts forward the improvement measures,optimize the layout design,process flow,line direction,wire harness slot type cavity layout,etc.,so as to save cost and optimization,improve production efficiency and quality of the wiring.The design process of "off line analysis and optimization of trough strength as a starting point,according to the IE engineering theory,according to the functional requirements of the whole project bid for EMU overall,refine each independent functional group principle diagram,and the principle of map compilation equipment and system function groups of the wiring diagram,so you can learn the specific number of each car needs power cable and communication cable;after obtaining accurate quantity of power cable and communication cable,according to the specific operating environment of EMU(such as the minimum running-40 degrees Celsius or-25 degrees Celsius)calculated in the car body cavity,inside the groove,groove of cable car line ambient temperature.With the transformer,power converter,low voltage load power,calculate the maximum heat power cable and communication cable;the numerical treatment of heat and temperature,selecting the suitable international standard cable,thus it is known that each section of electric wire slot to load the weight by weight and temperature data;finally vibration data,design a suitable metal material,mechanical strength to meet the requirements of light weight,low cost of the wiring line groove.Realize the optimization at the design stage.Selecting the process implementation process and refining the process documents,according to the concept of "lean production",we can make every step of operation specific,standardized and streamlined,and then we can analyze whether each process can also improve the work efficiency.For example,according to every step of the operation experience,summed up the production formula ";modified or design new tooling to repeat the work quickly and accurately complete.Put forward the formula of crimping process file,convenient for the operator to absorb specific requirements for each action,such as the length of cable is reserved,the correct OT terminal crimping method.Depending on the perfect process documents,the length of the cable that can not be reserved accurately can be reduced to the limit theoretical value,which improves the waste of cable and the rate of defective parts.The optimization of the process is realized.Select the production process,arrange the location of material storage,assembly site and equipment distribution reasonably,combined with the concept of lean production,innovate the production management system such as SAP and PDM,so that logistics and site management is well organized,and the production efficiency is improved from side to side.In this paper,through the research of routing CRH380 B EMU,from the previous design,process implementation,process middle post production planning analysis,relying on economic management of lean and IE methods,solve in the EMU problems in actual production,eliminate in the process of production in lean excess waste,waste,do not wait for staff reasonable processing waste,waste handling,action waste,defective product waste.Improve the production efficiency and product quality of the enterprise.
