Study On Social Stability Risk Assessment Of Rail Transit Project

As the rail transit project construction,part of the project under construction has exposed some problems,such as,demolished and relocated on requisitioned land compensation standard is not consistent,etc.,therefore,project phase of the project at the early stages of the project to social stability risk assessment is very necessary.This article summarizes the study and draw lessons from the domestic and foreign scholars in the field of social stability risk assessment results,combination of nanchang city metro line 1,2,3,construction and related issues of the basis of the experience of practice,put forward rail transit project risk assessment process,social stability and rail transit line no.4,for example,to verify the feasibility and operability of this method.First,according to the actual project,use the appropriate method to carry out the risk investigation thoroughly;Secondly,the social stability risk assessment process was established,and the main risk factors were identified by the comparison table method.Thirdly,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are adopted to judge the project risk level.Fourth,put forward the risk response plan and formulate the main risk factors to prevent and resolve the measures.
