To study the social stability risk of "sea sand construction”,some cases related to it was collected firstly and a method of big data risk pre-identification was adopted to identify the social stability risk of "sea sand construction”.Then, theory of social combustion was used to study the mechanism of the social stability risk of "sea sand construction”.According to the theory of social combustion, the risk factors were categorized in the terms of combustible material, combustion improver and burning point and an evaluation index system was established. Finally,by combing expert scoring method with fuzzy matter-element method,an assessment system was established and reasonable proposals were provided based on it.The aim of this study is to predict the social stability risk of the "sea sand construction",then to take corresponding risk aversion measures and risk response programs to avoid the harm of group events to the social stability caused by the quality problems of "sea sand construction".This research results are as follows:(1)Social stability risk evaluation index system of "sea sand construction” has been established.(2)The generation, development and evolution mechanism of social stability risk of "sea sand construction” has been well studied by theory of social combustion.(3)An assessment system which combines expert scoring method with fuzzy matter-element method has been established.(4)Aiming at the causes of "sea sand construction",this paper puts forward a set of countermeasures and suggestions to prevent the "sea sand construction".And on the basis of the study of risk mechanism, the social stability risk of "sea sand building" is reduced by controlling the combustible material, guiding the combustion agent and preventing the ignition event.
