With the vigorous development of the domestic economy, the rise of the auto industry, private cars are more accepted, however, due to the shortage of land resources, urban transportation infrastructure construction lag, traffic congestion, parking has triggered a series of social problems that also become unfavorable factors which restrict the development of the city. The three-dimensional garage come into use, which has been developing rapidly with the advantage of smaller footprint, larger database and higher automatization.This paper based on my practice and research in Beijing Xinhuayuan Machine Manufacturing co., LTD, taking the three layers of sixteen parking lifting and moving type three-dimensional garage designed by Hebei gaobeidian project as the research object. The article expounds the development, types and characteristics of three-dimensional garage in recent years domestic and overseas. After the Analysis of the collected 300 kinds of car's length, width and height and weight, based on the principle of probability and statistics, the result of vehicle parameters provides gist for the design of the structural parameters of three-dimensional garage. This paper summarize the lifting and moving type three-dimensional garage's main structure and working principle, made the force analysis of the steel structural frame of the main component, stability checking, and used ANSYS to do finite element analysis. On the basis of guarantee steel structure strength, stiffness, make rational optimization of steel structure system can save 25.05% of steel structure, thereby reduce the manufacturing cost of three-dimensional garage, avoid too much waste.The three-dimensional garage can relieve the problem of difficult parking, but at the same time it has to face the problem that you will wait for a long time to access your car.To improve the efficiency of three-dimensional garage access, reduce the access time, reduce customer's waiting chance, based on the theory of queuing theory, Set up the mathematical model that taking the average access time as objective function with four kinds of scheduling strategy, save the car and the car preference, in situ waiting and interleaved. Obtain the optimal scheduling strategy in queuing system through the comparative analysis of main parameter index from Queue model in the instance of four different strategy.
