With the coming of the electronic information age,the Internet as a new product has long been flying into the homes of ordinary people.Many enterprises have begun to implement electronic office.As an enterprise tycoon,railway departments have begun to adopt electronic office mode in many aspects.For example,yard signal,computer control,field computer probe monitoring,greatly reduce the work intensity of railway transport personnel,and improve the efficiency of railway transportation work.In the face of the increasing demand for transportation,users need more than just the shift transformation,more convenient and satisfactory service.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the process model of freight transportation and evaluate it.This article is based on the Vague set theory research on the evaluation of electronic waybill process reengineering.First of all,this paper discusses in the traditional model and the electronic waybill mode for railway freight operation process,and put forward the railway cargo transportation and freight waybill in the production and use of such defects,and then puts forward the use of electronic bill of lading.Then,the paper puts forward the theory and basic method of railway freight flow reengineering.Then,this paper puts forward Vague set evaluation model,this model is applied in the process of electronic bill of lading freight.Finally,by using the programming software C#,it develops under WPF environment statistical user satisfaction survey analysis system under the new mode of electronic bill of lading,aimed at through questionnaires for users to fill in the background of statistical analysis.Finally we evaluate the business process reengineering.It has good reference of implementing the business process reengineering.
