With the acceleration of urbanization,as one of the main tools to relieve the urban traffic pressure,the city's demand for metro is becoming increasingly prominent.However,large scale,high investment,long construction period,to participate in the unit and great impact on the surrounding environment,the metro engineering construction project management has become a sophisticated management system.Based on the integrated management theory system of construction project,this paper starts from the perspective of combining theory with practice.Based on the elements of the metro construction project,analyzes the composition of three aspects in the organization,process,with the help of integrated management,earned value method,analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and theory methods respectively to build the metro engineering construction project elements integrated management model,organization,process,formed the metro engineering construction project integrated management system.Based on the case study of a city metro construction project,the following main research results are obtained:(1)Clarify the existing problems and causes in the management of metro construction projects.By collecting a large number of basic data,consulting relevant literature,consulting experts,methods of field investigation,from the perspective of project management for the characteristics of the metro construction projects in China are analyzed,found that at present our country the following main problems existing in the metro engineering construction project management: the organizational structure is complex,the information transfer between the various units not smooth,single factor control effect is poor.Through in-depth study and analysis,found that the cause of these problems are mainly: different parties different understanding on the issue of project technical and management level,project process management,integration is relatively low,complex project management method is difficult to unity,etc.The existing problems and reasons in the management of metro construction project have laid a theoretical foundation for the follow-up research work.(2)Established the integrated management model of metro project construction project.Using the theory of integrated management,and through the whole process of the metro construction projects is analyzed,combining with related quantitative methods,respectively,the elements of the metro construction projects,organization and process of integrated management model is established,through the quality earned value method to determine index of integrated management system combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process to quantify the quality of the result,established the more elements of metro engineering construction project integrated management model;Network structure model by combining the joint coordination team,with the aid of information platform system,to integrate the metro engineering construction project participants,set up the composition of metro engineering construction project integrated management model;Through the construction of the metro engineering construction project,and the integrated study on the division in different periods after,will each construction stage with different levels of integration,to establish the process of metro construction project integrated management model.(3)An empirical study was carried out on the urban metro construction project.The results show that the integrated information management platform based on the joint coordination project team can achieve organizational integration management.Based on the perspective of rail company and project company,the whole construction process of the project is analyzed and integrated management of the whole project is realized.Based on the quality earned value method,the total cost deviation and schedule deviation of the project are-247100 yuan and-1.4506 million yuan,which are less than 0.If the traditional earned value method is used,the total cost is 247100 yuan over expenditure,and the delay loss is 1.4506 million yuan.If based on the quality earned value method,in combination with the quality coefficient is 1.022,the actual quality level exceeds the planned quality level,the actual cost deviation and the actual schedule deviation are 283500 yuan to-920000 yuan,the former is greater than 0,the latter is less than 0,which indicates that the cost overruns of the project are all caused by the quality factors.Minus the cost increase caused by quality improvement,the actual cost is 283500 yuan less than the planned cost,but the delay is not always caused by the quality factor,minus the delay loss caused by the quality improvement,and the actual progress lag is 920000 yuan.Therefore,it is only necessary to strengthen the management of project progress.Through the quality earned value method,multi-factor integration management is carried out for metro construction projects.The management of metro construction projects from the organization,process and multi-factor integration management to realize the integrated management of the project.
