With the increasing density of urban population and traffic congestion,the emergence of subway to a large extent eased this contradiction,making life and work more convenient in China,especially in cities with more than one million people.Moreover,the ground construction project is complex,and there are many and scattered subway entrances,so it is difficult to control the cost and progress in the construction process.The cost and construction period of subway construction units are often greatly affected by the construction of entrances and exits.To control the overall progress and cost of subway entrances and exits construction is particularly important for construction enterprises,which is an important indicator to improve the market competitiveness of construction unitsThrough reading a large number of materials,this paper collects the current construction situation of metro projects,analyzes the data of cost control and earned value method at home and abroad,and determines to apply earned value method to the construction of metro project entrances and exits.Through the selection of metro projects under construction in Z metro construction company,it is determined to use the civil engineering of Zx1 entrances and exits in lot 02 of NC metro project Taking the project as an example,the actual data of the site are collected and sorted out,and the earned value method is used to analyze the project.The case proves that it is effective to use earned value management to control the schedule and cost in the subway project.In this paper,combining WPS work structure decomposition technology and smart target management technology,we use WPS work structure decomposition technology to decompose the subway entrance and exit into different sub projects,and apply earned value to each sub project of the project,so that we can clearly find the internal of the project To find out problems in time,facilitate project correction,and solve the problem of long construction period and high cost of subway entrance and exit construction...
