| Progress management is one of the core contents of engineering project management.Under the premise of quality and cost,it is ensured that the project duration is completed according to plan.However,due to the lack of its own theoretical system,the traditional schedule management method leads to the emergence of the actual engineering application process.For more and more issues such as schedule delays and investment overruns,how to effectively manage project schedules has become a research hotspot.This article uses the project schedule management theory,the critical chain theory,the constraint theory,the gray theory and the fuzzy mathematics theory,combined with the characteristics of a bridge project,and takes construction progress management as a perspective,from the theoretical model and case analysis to the critical chain method How to apply the problem to the construction progress has been systematically studied: Firstly,from the determination of the critical chain and the setting of the buffer zone,a comprehensive analysis of the principles and contents of the determination of the critical chain is carried out,and the corresponding critical chain schedule model is proposed,followed by the buffer monitoring and organizational structure management.The research was conducted and a progress control model based on the critical chain method was established.The above research achieved a three-dimensional study of the application principles of critical chain technologies,broke through the conventional research ideas of traditional schedule management,and applied the critical chain method to the project from a theoretical perspective.The progress management system conducts a comprehensive analysis and research,and gives a feasible construction model.On the other hand,in-depth study of the application of critical chain schedule management methods in actual projects was carried out:(1)Based on the characteristics of the project,the factors affecting the construction progress of the project were analyzed and studied,and corresponding countermeasures were proposed.(2)The problem of estimating project duration is studied.Based on the theory of fuzzy mathematics and grey theory,a reasonable estimate of activity duration is proposed using the consistency function and the whitening weight function.(3)The problem of process ordering under resource conflicts is studied,and the solution to the optimization of the sequential pairing is given,supplemented by example verification.(4)The problem of buffer calculation method was studied,and a more reasonable calculation method for comprehensive multi-attribute factors was proposed.(5)The problem of how to control the project schedule according to the critical chain method is studied and the control scheme is proposed.This article has made a complete and systematic study of the critical chain method applied to project schedule management from two aspects of theoretical model and case analysis.The critical chain schedule management method can accurately identify the bottleneck of the project and increase the buffer setting.The flexibility of the schedule makes it possible to greatly reduce the frequency of modifying the schedule in the construction process.Compared with the traditional schedule management method,the critical chain schedule management model established in this paper is more advantageous in practical application,and the project schedule management method.The practical activities have important application value. |
