In recent years,energy shortages and environmental pollution have been serious problems facing mankind,strengthening the development and utilization of renewable energy is imminent.Microgrid systems can make full use of renewable energy,improve distributed generation efficiency and solve the problem of distributed generation interconnection;it can also realize local consumption of clean energy,and the energy supplied is clean,safe,efficient and sustainable.Under the consideration of different distributed generation operating characteristics,installation and operating cost,energy efficiency and pollutant emission levels,technical routes,optimal configuration models and technical,economical,environmental evaluation indices are set up,to seek the optimal solution of the selection of system components and capacity configuration,which will make the microgrid system operation efficient and economical.The steady state model and economic model were established for a large residential area and then for a business center of Beijing.Sensitivity analysis was carried out on the uncertainty factors,to find out which sensitivity factors have important influence on the system economic benefits.Results show that containing 47 to 100%of the renewable energy penetration of the microgrid can meet 90%resident electricity demand at least,the annual average wind speed and natural gas prices would highly affect the economic benefits of the system;It would be more cost-effective and environmental friendly when wind power becomes the main energy source and combined with moderate capacity of solar PV and batteries in the RE hybrid microgrid system;The introduction of appropriate pollutant punishments can make microgrid more environmentally friendly.In short,the optimal configuration of renewable energy for microgrid systems and its comprehensive evaluation not only provides decision-making suggestions for decision makers,but also provides a basis for related research.
