With the rapid development of social economy,the energy consumption is growing,and it's a major issue to save energy for the sustainable development of our economy.The energy consumption of supplying heating is high in the northern region in winter,it's an effective measure for the thermal power plant or thermal power plant supply heating in a central location to improve heating comfort,energy saving and emission reduction.This article takes the key node of the heating system-the heat exchange station as the research object,take the heat exchanger energy efficiency evaluation as the starting point,try to provide technical support for the heat network system,especially for the design of the heat exchange station,energy conservation and operation mode,to reduce the energy consumption of the central heating system further.The article has a data collection for the operating parameters of a heating season of 66 heating stations in a heating network system.The three typical thermodynamic stations are selected,and the matter-element analysis method is selected to evaluate the energy efficiency.From the point of view of safety,comfort,technology and energy saving,the main influencing parameters of the heat transfer station are selected,and the energy efficiency evaluation index system of the heat transfer station is established.The calculation data of the three typical heat stations are calculated and analyzed,The results show that:A heat transfer station "three" high rate of petition is the main reason for the residents of the radiator scale and other impurities caused by excessive;B heat exchanger pump power consumption is high,low operating efficiency is circulating water pump equipment old,serious wear and tear;C heat exchanger unit area is high heat consumption is the secondary network pipe insulation layer damage and pipeline "drop,drain,run" caused.The analytical results provide technical support for energy-saving heat exchanger station under the guidance of a heating season and heating season before the operation,the practice shows that the method is also suitable for the evaluation of the other 63 heat exchange station operating efficiency,the method can also be applied to other thermal system efficiency evaluation,provides new ideas and direction for energy saving and emission reduction in thermal system.
