Evaluation Research On Synergy Innovation Of High-end Equipment Manufacturing And Modern Service Industry In Liaoning Province

Year 2016 is the start of thirteenth five-year development plan.The Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee takes it as the core question.The party and the people must set up the idea of Innovation,coordination,green,open,sharing.In the next five years,the China’s economy is experiencing the transformation from "product economy" to "service economy",it’s also the winning stage of building a well-off society.In the background of globalization and international economic integration,High-end equipment manufacturing industry is facing with the fierce global competition and specialization,Modern service industry is facing with the increasing opportunities for cooperation and innovation policies.As an important base of China’s equipment manufacturing industry,Liaoning province focuses on the promotion of industrial innovation,cooperation,and agglomeration according to the "Made in China 2025”plan,and "the Belt and Road",has far-reaching significance to promoting industrial upgrading and strategic adjustment.This paper takes high-end equipment manufacturing and modern service industry as our research targets,uses literature analysis,theory and empirical analysis method,qualitative and quantitative analysis method,to evaluate synergistic innovation by synergistic model of compound system.First of all,analyze the present situation and developing motives of high-end equipment manufacturing and modern service industry in Liaoning province.Secondly,analyze the innovation capability of two industries’ by factor analysis,with data selected in 18 regions from 2011 to 2014.Results showed that innovation need to be promoted,mainly displayed in lacking of high-end talents and technology,innovation transformation difficulty,irrational industrial distribution and poor collaborative innovation environment.Thirdly,evaluate the degree of synergy and orderly of two industries’synergistic innovation system by using the synergistic model of compound system,with the data selected from 2011 to 2014.Results showed that the degree of synergy and orderly has increased,but degree of synergy is in the preliminary level.Finally,referred to the empirical results and founded issues,proposes strategies in the aspects of institution,human resources,technology,environment,then provide references to the collaborative innovation development of high-end equipment manufacturing and modern service industry in Liaoning province.
