Study On The Synergistic Development Between Urbanization Construction And Construction Industry Based On Perspective Of System

Urbanization is an important measure of human development and social progress,it is also a powerful driving force for the sustained growth of China's economy,which is of great significance in the overall economic and social development of China.At present,no matter from the perspective of the government policy or the research level of Chinese and foreign scholars,urbanization has become the only way for China's modernization,it is also the greatest feature of the times of China in the 21 st century.With the continuous advancement of urbanization,it has not only further accelerated the pace of social progress,economic growth,and the improvement of people's living standards in China,but it has stimulated the prosperity of the construction industry market.And the construction industry as an important pillar industry for China's economic development,its strong economic contribution,high degree of industrial linkage and large employment capacity are of great significance to the national economy and social development,and the rapid development of the construction industry also plays an important role in promoting urbanization.Therefore,the development relationship between urbanization construction and the construction industry should be handled properly so that the two will move toward synergistic development on the basis of further mutual influence.This is the key task for China's development at this stage.Based on the existing research content on urbanization and the development of the construction industry,this paper takes the synergistic system of urbanization construction and construction industry as the research object,the synergistic development of urbanization and construction industry as the research goal,the system theory and synergy theory as theoretical foundation,taking complex system synergy model as research method,from the qualitative and quantitative perspectives,a comprehensive study was conducted on the synergistic development of urbanization and construction.The paper analyzes the present situation of the synergistic development between urbanization and construction industry in China,discusses the mutual influence relationship between urbanization and construction industry,and constructs sequential parameter index systems and a evaluation model of the synergy degree for the urbanization and construction industry complex system.It also collects and collates the indicator data describing the development of urbanization and the development of the construction industry in Shaanxi Province from 2006 to 2016,and then the composite system degree of synergistic model was used to analyze the data to achieve a quantitative measurement and evaluation of synergistic development between urbanization and construction industry in Shaanxi Province.Finally concludes the conclusions of the article and points out strategies and suggestions to promote the further synergistic development of urbanization and construction industry in Shaanxi Province.
