With the train to the high-speed,heavy-duty continuous progress and development of the whole train technology,train more and more complex structure,function more perfect,increasingly high degree of automation.In the high-speed EMU train network control technology is one of the core technology.High-speed train operation control,real-time status monitoring,fault diagnosis,fault detection and maintenance of train efficiency of operation and other issues become particularly important.Troubleshooting trains and train network as the display control the most basic and most critical component of their operation and maintenance of train safety and other aspects play a crucial role.But because of fault diagnosis and display technology trains are subject to different manufacturers technology fortress constraints,technology is difficult to achieve localization in the true sense.Therefore,further research train fault diagnosis and display technology is a tendency to solve the safe operation of trains on real significance.Taking the train fault diagnosis and display technology for the study,design and implementation of fault diagnosis on the train and how to display the contents of the fault to the driver of the display unit.To IEC61375 standard and UIC557 standard analyzes and analyzes the standard train communication network,train fault diagnosis theory,from the application point of view on the analysis of the theoretical knowledge and UIC557 standard IEC61375 standard within.Study UIC557 standard protocol for fault diagnosis and display requirements,the use of fault-based embedded Linux driver display unit hardware platform,and describes the construction of Linux development environment and compiler,using cross-platform C++ based Qt-Creator Software diagnosis and the preparation of the program interface.For troubleshooting section by train all the fault classification,coding method,using XML markup language for recording the fault,the fault content display through the algorithm to the driver on the display unit.Finally,MVB bus to the train control unit VCU device as a sensing device to accompany the driver display unit and an interface program for verification.
