Study On High-speed Railway Express Transportation Contract And Profit Distribution

On the one hand,with the sustainable development of the express industry in China,express industry is facing the shortage of transportation capacity,the mode of transportation and shipping time need to be improved,on the other hand,mainly passenger high-speed railway is facing great financial pressure,the utilization rate of transportation resource is low,this paper is built on these two background.On June 15,2013,China railway corporation started the freight pilot reform and began trying to transport goods.But with the expansion of railway freight business,the board of high-speed railway express business has gradually emerged,when high-speed railway predominantly passenger conduct of carrying freight,not only lacking of professional logistics hardware equipment and business outlets,but also facing with a serious shortage of transportation ability in the last kilometer distribution business.How to solve the express industry's demand for timeliness and the high-speed railway's requirement of investment rate is the focus issues of this paper,firstly through the effective transportation contract combining high-speed railway business and express company cooperate to carry out transport to meet the maximum social benefit,Secondly,re-use reasonable profit allocation scheme determining the gains of both to achieve the optimal economic benefits.In the theoretical part:we first study the feasibility of using quantity flexibility contract,wholesale buyback contract and revenue sharing contract in high-speed railway express,after the demonstration in theory we can get that reasonable transportation contracts can increase the income of the high-speed railway business and the express company,then the bargaining theory is studied and finding that the degree of patience,psychological pressure and the difference of information are important factors affecting the profit distribution.In the case section:we take the cooperation between high-speed railway business and express company as research object,how to make profit cake bigger and how todivide profit cake better as the main research content.At the same time,combined with the Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway to carry out express transportation for case analysis,proving the application of contract theory and the theory of bargaining in high-speed railway express and providing a reference for high-speed railway business and express company to make decisions.
