Comprehensive Evaluation Research On Railway Baggage,Package And Express Delivery Transportation Competitiveness

With the development of electronic commerce in our country,baggage,package and express delivery transportation demands increase,railway infrastructure construction expands continuously.Railway enterprise carries out baggage,package and express delivery transportation with new development opportunities.On the background of railway corporation transformed comprehensively to modern logistics in China,we analysis the relevant theories of railway baggage,package and express delivery transportation competitiveness,we also explore the evaluation index and method of baggage,package and express delivery transportation competitiveness,which is conducive that our understand the situation,advantage and the shortage of railway baggage,package and express delivery transportation competitiveness objectively and comprehensively,ensuring that railway baggage,package and express delivery transportation develop healthy,and sustainably,it is the concerns of the railway transportation departments.First analyze the relevant theory of railway baggage,package and express delivery transportation competitiveness,that is,the connotation of competitiveness,hierarchical structure model of competitiveness source and comprehensive evaluation method.Paper summarizes the development status,internal and external competition environment of railway baggage,package and express delivery transportation,the key to build the evaluation model of railway baggage,package and express delivery transportation competitiveness,we design specifically the evaluation index system of railway baggage,package and express delivery transportation competitiveness,analysis the affecting factors of competitiveness,select evaluation indexes and determine weights.Second,use creatively grey correlation analysis method and builds a multilevel grey comprehensive evaluation system based on gray correlation analysis model,and makes an empirical analysis on railway baggage,package and express delivery transportation competitiveness evaluation research using the model,then collect and sort data,the correlation coefficient was calculated by the new comprehensive evaluation model,calculate and measure baggage,package.and express delivery transportation competitiveness,getting its competitiveness ranking and classification,at last integrated analysis the empirical results of comprehensive ranking and index system.Finally,this paper provides decision support on how to enhance the market competitiveness of railway baggage,package and express delivery transportation competitiveness.The research results of this paper show that,in the high-speed railway transportation business,the high-speed rail express is ranked fourth,and the small package transportation business is not competitive.Following the unified management of the railway transportation express freight business,railway express transportation is in rapid development period,especially high iron express in service quality,safety,and timeliness three aspects of competitiveness is very strong,but not in terms of market size and price advantage,market share is low,operation cost is higher,the freight is also high.Finally,by establishing a good brand image,market marketing can be expanded.Accelerate the realization of intelligent logistics and reduce the fast operation cost of high-speed railways;Improve service quality,enhance customer satisfaction and other aspects to improve the railway package express transport competitiveness.
