Analysis On The Cooperation Between High-Speed Express Transportation And Express Delivery Enterprises Based On Evolutionary Game Theory

With the continuous acceleration of China's informationization process and the rapid development of e-commerce,online shopping has gradually become the daily choice of people,driving the continuous development of the express delivery industry.And with the improvement of people's living standards,consumers have higher requirements for the timeliness and safety of the express delivery industry.The layout of China's high-speed rail "eight vertical and eight horizontal" is constantly improving.At the same time,due to the rapidity and stability of high-speed rail,high-speed rail transportation express has become an option.However,at present,the high-speed rail has not yet formed a perfect network,and there is still much room for development in terms of organizing transportation and terminal network construction,and it is difficult to complete in a short time;Express delivery companies use air transportation in the transportation of high-time goods,but air transportation is susceptible to weather and high prices.Therefore,in terms of express delivery business,the potential for cooperation between high-speed rail express and express delivery companies is huge.The high-speed rail is responsible for the trunk transportation of express delivery,and the express delivery company is responsible for "last kilometer" distribution.The cooperation between the two sides can not only be mutually beneficial and win-win,achieve good economic benefits,but also serve the society well and achieve good social benefits.At the same time,it is also conducive to the rapid development of the express delivery industry.This article takes high-speed rail express and express delivery enterprise as research objects.Through combing the relevant fields,the paper studies the evolution path of high-speed rail express and express delivery enterprise cooperation based on the evolutionary game theory.Through sorting out the present situation and problems of high-speed rail express transportation and express delivery industry,the cooperation points between high-speed rail express transportation and express delivery enterprises are determined.the evolutionary game model between high-speed rail express delivery and express delivery enterprises is established by using evolutionary game theory.Based on the model assumption,the model building,the model solving and so on,the evolution path of the high-speed railway express and express enterprise is analyzed,the influence factors and the evolution result of the cooperation of the two parties are studied.In order to promote the cooperation between express delivery organizations and express delivery enterprises,this paper further analyzes the evolution path of cooperation under the mechanism of penalty for breach of contract.At the same time,the influence of reputation on the cooperation between the two sides is considered,and the model is built to analyze.Through the case analysis of the successful cooperation between China Railway Express and SF Express in the high-speed rail express business,the correctness of the above evolutionary game model is verified,and the successful experience of the cooperation between the two parties is sorted out;Finally,based on the main influencing factors of the evolution game analysis of high-speed express transportation and express delivery enterprises,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote better cooperation between the two sides.The above research shows that the cooperation between high-speed rail express and express delivery companies requires not only the joint efforts of both sides,but also better co-operation between the two sides under the penalty mechanism of default.The influencing factors affecting the cooperation between high-speed rail express delivery and express delivery enterprises are: excess return,cooperation cost,excess return distribution coefficient,cooperation cost sharing coefficient,and default penalty.
