| TBM is a kind of large construction machinery used to excavate underground tunnel.Disc cutter is an important tool of TBM for breaking the rock during excavating tunnel.This paper is funded by the National Natural Science Fund "Study on dynamic interaction between cutterhead of shield tunneling machine and soil and design theory of cutterhead system(51105048)".The completed main work is as follows:Take the 17 inch disc cutter as research object,the discrete element simulation geometric model rock fragmentation process with discrete element software PFC3D is established,and the rock breaking force of disc cutter is get.Compared with the experimental results,the feasibility and accuracy of using PFC3D software instead of physical experiment to obtain the dynamic load of rock breaking is verified,which laies a foundation for further simulation analysis.On the basic of TBM cutter breaking rock simulation model,individually adjust cutting depth,cutter space,installation radius of the disc cutter in the front of cutterhead and cutting depth,installation angle of the gage disc cutter,to research the influence of changing parameters on the dynamic load of rock breaking.This can provide theoretical basis for design of the arrangement of disc cutter group and the structure design of disc cutter and the selection of operation paramenters.According to the simulated dynamic load of front cutter in typical working conditions,the load-time course of each working condition is respectively compressed.Through the rain flow counting method is operating statistics counting,then cumulative frequency curve of each working condition is to be drawed,which is synthesized and expanded.Eventually disc cutter eight load spectrum can be obtained,which laies a foundation for fatigue analysis of disc cutter. |
