| In recent years,the application just expanding of TBM,disc cutter as the main drilling tools are often faced with complicated geological strata.If select accurately cutter diameter,cutter ring and bearing before working can greatly reduce the cost of the project.Study the dynamic loads in different geological of disc cutters,for guiding the design of high performance cutter and selecting accurately cutter structure and working parameters of great significance.This paper is under the auspices of The National Natural Science Foundation of China "Shield cutter and geotechnical dynamic interaction mechanism and cutter system design theory(E51105048)" and," Research on the failure mechanism and the natural science foundation of Liaoning province guidance project "TBM cutter dynamic load(201602135 different positions)" funding,mainly to complete the content:Based on introducing the composition of disc cutter type and its components for proposing selection process and principle of disc cutter and discussing the applicability of cutter ring,bearing and seal in different strata.Based on the force analysis of disc cutter and the formula of minimum axial preload of tapered roller bearing for calculating the preload of tapered roller bearings in different geological conditions.On the basis of theoretical analysis,this paper summarizes the influence of the different installation interference on the actual preload of disc cutter and finds out the optimal pre-tightening load,which provides a reference for the actual construction of the disc cutter.According to the complex and bad working conditions in the construction of some-city metro,the dynamic simulation and dynamic analysis are carried out in LS-DYNA,we can get the stress nephogram of rock at different time and the curve of the three phase force of disc cutter when working in the composite rock.The simulation results show that the rock stress reaches the compressive yield limit in the three kinds of strata,the feasibility of the numerical simulation method is verified by coMParing the simulated load with the experimental load.The dynamic load under different structural parameters and working parameters is analyzed,which results fully explain why in the face of complex operating conditions are easy to bad.The influence of the structural parameters and working parameters on the dynamic load of the disc cutter is studied by orthogonal experiment,which can be used as reference for the selection of structural parameters and working parameters in different geological conditions. |
