To be the important parts of the manufacturing companies’ current assets management,inventory and accounts receivable restrict the development of company.Inventory can be controlled by companies’ themselves which is very different from accounts receivable.A reasonable inventory level can improve the inventory turnover rate and capital turnover rate.And then,companies should get their financial goals.ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)system plays an important role in modern companies’ management area.Now days,More and more manufacturing companies start to use the ERP system because they want to improve their inventory condition.Company K which we do research on products car accessories.ERP system was be used in 2014 years in company K.Now,we will do some work on its inventory control conditions and then find the way to control it.First of all,based on the research background and significance,research status at home and abroad,and all to the research method of system description,puts forward the manufacturing with the introduction of ERP management system always solve the problem of inventory this idea;In the second chapter,the second on the connotation of the inventory of manufacturing industry,manufacturing,inventory control characteristics,manufacturing,inventory control,safety inventory management mode,zero inventory management mode of the basic theory of inventory control part through 1 way of institution transference.The ERP system is fully elaborated on the role of manufacturing inventory control and the necessity of implementation.Then in the third chapter,by calculating liquidity ratio,inventory turnover and inventory of inventory and a description of the inventory control system for K company inventory control present situation has carried on the detailed elaboration,analysis provides the basis for subsequent problems;Then in the fourth chapter,through the analysis of 2010-2015 K company inventory related all kinds of data,indicate it in the aspect of inventory control,such as the ambiguity of the principal parts inventory control,control working tools,control of process efficiency is low,the control result is not ideal,the main problem,and further analysis due to the unreasonable stock K company safety standards set,stagnation expected and hysteresis products processing is not timely,ERP operation personnel professional level is low,low efficiency of factors of control process by;Finally in the fifth chapter optimization Suggestions for the cause of problems,from clear inventory control subjects,improve the level of workers,professional and establish reasonable stock of standard production,timely processing delay and delay,improve the system of inventory control,establish an effective supervision mechanism,such as solution,to ensure the K company inventory control problems.
