With the rapid development of the economy,the research on enterprise competitiveness has become the forefront of scientific research.It is an important means to improve the competitiveness of enterprises on the basis of improving the service quality and increasing the customer satisfaction.Therefore,the inventory control ability has become a key factor in improving the competitiveness of enterprises.As a direct electronics consumer industry,the level of inventory management not only directly affects the profitability of enterprises,but also affects the upstream business production decisions.Inventory control has become a very important part of the entire supply chain.In this paper,I would use T Company as the prototype.By researching and analyzing the company's current supply chain inventory situation to find out the problems,so as to help enterprises to make the right inventory management program.Through learning and researching the industry's excellent companies,I will provide solution based on actual situation of T Company.This article first elaborated the development process of the supply chain,the concept of supply chain management,as well as the inventory of the relevant concepts and indicators.It also expounded the importance of inventory in the operation of the enterprise and the role in the process of competition.Then,using T Company as an example,analyzethe problems of inventory management.Under stable conditions,the stock continued to rise;inventory turnover days increased year by year;sales forecast and replenishment work lack effective methods.On the basis of the above problems,the inventory structure of T Company is analyzed in detail by the ABC classification method.According to the sales attribute of T Company,the seasonal demand forecasting method is put forward,which provides the basis for future demand forecast.According to the different product series sales attributes,using DOS and WOS theory and based on the customer satisfaction rate put forward for the ABC class replenishment method and establish a replenishment forecasting model,so that the inventory at the source can be controlled.Finally,combined with the results of ABC classification,the relevant methods and theoretical models are re-validated with historical data to obtain the feasible conclusions of the improvement scheme.The data of this paper is derived from the history of T Company's specific product sales and management data.The analysis methods and processes have a reference value for home appliances companies and other high-stock industries.
