Research On Adaptability Design Of Rural Houses Based On The Requirements Of Retirees In East Hebei Province

China is the country with the oldest population in the world.With the development of social economy,the degree of aging is also deepening.With the accelerating rate of aging,the aging of the population in society is becoming increasingly prominent.Due to the imbalance of the proportion of urban and rural population in China,the aging population in rural areas is higher than that in urban areas and continues to increase.With the rapid development of the number and pace of the elderly population in rural areas,coupled with the constraints of different factors in rural areas,rural retirement has become a multi-faceted problem.In the Chinese tradition,“old people are raised,” and the place to be raised is “residence”.The “residence” is the place for the elderly.This article focuses on housing with a large proportion of places for the elderly.Since the implementation of the family planning policy,great changes have taken place in the family structure in the society,which has increased the pressure for young people to provide for the elderly.This article is based on these points,comprehensive consideration of the factors of rural constraints,the aging of rural housing aging transformation bottleneck and the reality of rural elderly living conditions in Eastern Hebei district,in-depth investigation of local rural research,analysis of the status quo of the elderly and housing status,summarizing the needs of old-age and residential ageing problems,building adaptive design strategies.The research in this paper is based on the study of rural areas in Eastern Hebei district and explores the adaptive design of the rural housing in the background of aging.Based on the old-age needs of the elderly in Eastern Hebei district,the method of adaptive design is adopted to solve the problems in rural residential care.Based on the old-age needs of the elderly in Eastern Hebei district,the method of adaptive design is adopted to solve the problems in rural residential care.From the two major ways of residential renovation and optimization,we propose concrete design strategies to meet the needs of the elderly.And sum up the methods and principles of constructing adaptive design to provide a theoretical reference for solving the rural elderly in similar areas.We hope to create an ideal residential environment for elderly people in rural areas in Eastern Hebei district through adaptive design.The paper is divided into three parts:(1)Chapters 1 and 2 discuss the research background,content,purpose,significance,and related literature review,and analyze the characteristics of the elderly in rural areas and the current status of elderly people in rural areas.(2)Chapters 3 and 4 are mainly on the investigation and study of the status quo,starting from the aspects of old-age care and housing issues,finding problems and analyzing them,and finally summarizing the needs of the elderly in the local area and the aging of the housing.(3)Chapters 4 and 5 are the construction of an adaptive design strategy for residential aged care.Starting from the existing perspectives of residential renovation and the optimization of new housing,the design principles and methods are summarized and the design strategy is constructed.Secondly,we discussed the optimization of facility components and the exploration of the new pension model to a certain extent.
