The horizontal axis washing machine is favored by people increasingly because of its good performance,but the vibration suppression in the dehydration process has always been a technical problem that restricts the development of it.Suspension system and balancer are the main components of the horizontal axis washing machine in the dehydration process,and the chassis structure and the spin-drying start method also have some influence on the vibration and noise of it.In this paper,the vibration suppression of horizontal axis washing machine with inverted pendulum suspension is studied,which includes the establishment of dynamic model,the dynamic characteristics of the spin-drying stage,the walking characteristics of the chassis,and the formulation of motor speed control strategies of the spin-drying stage.First of all,for the characteristics of the inverted pendulum suspension structure,the dampers and springs that constitute the suspension system were analyzed.The general forces of the inverted pendulum suspension system were given.The kinetic energy and potential energy of the system were analyzed and the differential equation of the system’s vibration was established by Lagrange equation.In addition,a virtual prototype model of the horizontal axis washing machine with inverted pendulum was established.By analyzing the dynamics of the model,the characteristics of the spin-drying vibration of the horizontal axis washing machine with the other two suspension structures were compared,the advantages of its suspension structure in vibration was studied,and the influence of the parameters of the inverted pendulum suspension structure and the installation method of the balancer was also discussed.After that,the mechanics model and foot contact model of the chassis were established.Through the analysis of the virtual prototype,the critical conditions of the chassis movement phenomenon were studied,and the key factors affecting the chassis movement and the moving distance were obtained.And the modal analysis of the chassis shell was finished by using the finite element method.Finally,the motor start control strategy in spin-drying stage was studied.An accelerometer was used to detect the vibration to prevent the “collision” phenomenon caused by the vibration displacement of the drum exceeding the threshold,and an experimental verification was performed.The deceleration phase acceleration mode can reduce the transient vibration of the spin-drying.Based on the above research contents,a fuzzy control strategy based on drum vibration detection and segmented acceleration was developed.The simulation of ADAMS and Simulink proved that the strategy had good vibration suppression effect on the spin-drying transient vibration.
