Diesel generator is one of the large power supply equipment commonly used,which is widely used in standby power supply and emergency power supply,has the advantages of high stability,strong ability to adapt to the environment,so people in the production and life are used as a common power supply equipment.As a power supply device,the power load requires that it can provide stable output voltage and frequency.In diesel generator set,the stability of generator output power depends on the stability of diesel engine speed.Most of the existing engine speed control system adopts the traditional PID control scheme.With the development of science and technology,more and more high level diesel chips and intelligent control algorithms are adopted in modern diesel engine speed control system,which greatly improves the speed governing effect and other operation performances of diesel engines to a certain extent.Therefore,in order to improve the diesel generator output power quality for the angle of electronic speed control system design of a diesel generator,this paper designs a diesel-electric control system to ensure the generator can output stable power.(1)This paper introduces the research background of the diesel generator speed,then a large number of studies in the domestic and foreign development situation and some of the speed control strategy,through the analysis of the working principle of diesel engine and actuator,the mathematical model of the selected object is established.(2)Then the specific defects of the conventional PID in the speed control system are studied,the BP neural network algorithm and the PID are combined to design the BP neural network PID controller,and the learning and control algorithms are analyzed.Then,according to the mathematics of the controlled object Model,using Matlab/simulink simulation to verify that BP neural network PID has better controllability and higher anti-interference ability.(3)Based on the STM32F429IGT6 microprocessor,the hardware design of diesel engine speed control system is carried out.The basic structure of the speed control system and the design of the STM32 peripheral circuit are introduced,and then the speed signal acquisition module,the cylinder position identification,the speed switchmodule,the actuator module,the temperature and pressure signal acquisition module,the reactive power compensation module and the wireless communication module are carried out Circuit design.(4)This article has carried on the software design for the diesel engine speed control system,mainly transplants the u C/ OS-II system on the chip basis.Then carries on the software design to the related procedure of speed regulation function.With the wireless communication module using C# to create a remote desktop monitoring system to achieve remote monitoring of speed control system.Finally,the on-site touch screen equipment designed by MCGS configuration software enables users to monitor and test the diesel generator in real time during the production process or during use.
