Crack is one of the most common diseases of reinforced concrete bridges.The diseases such as concrete-flake-off and exposed reinforcing steel in bridge structure are often developed form it.At present,there is no specific crack treatment equipment for bridge concrete,and the problems of poor quality and low efficiency always exist.In this paper,a kind of glue-injec t io n machine for bridge crack is studied,and the experimental prototype was set up to verify its feasibility.Firstly,by comparing the four kinds of glue-injection process schemes,the way of combination fixture of injection nozzle and irrigator is selected,and the general design scheme of the glue-injection machine is put forward.Then the design requirements and main technica l parameters of the glue injection machine are determined.The glue-injection machine is divided into location module,cleaning module,crack encapsulation module and glue-injection module,and the implementation modes of each module are analyzed.Secondly,each module of the glue-injection machine is designed in detail.The translat io n mechanism and the rotating mechanism of the location module are designed,the cleaning mechanism of the clean module and the sealing mechanism of the encapsulation module are designed.In the glue-injection module,a new kind of glue-injection nozzle and the perfusion device are designed,and the reliability of the connection is verified by the static simula t io n analysis,according to which the feeding mechanism and positioning mechanism in the glue-injection module are designed respectively.After that,the modes of each module of the glue-injection machine is analyzed,the results show that the structure of the glue-injection machine is relatively stable and can meet the design requirements.Finally,the prototype of glue-injection machine was developed and verified by engineering practice.The results show that:(1)The inclination and rotation angle of location module will influence the glue-injection machine's stability,and it can ensure the smooth operation of the glue-injection machine when it is within ± 5 °inclination;(2)The installa t io n process of the glue-injection nozzle has high stability,good bonding effect and no leakage of liquid.The research results are expected to provide reference for the study and development of bridge cracks.
