Plane Layout Of Construction Site Based On SLP And Ant Colony Algorithm

In recent years,the state has issued a number of regulatory documents regulating the construction industry,the real estate enterprises are under unprecedented pressure,and the profit space continues to be reduced.Therefore,real estate enterprises must change the extensive management style of the past and gradually move towards intensive management to avoid many unnecessary waste of resources.Construction enterprises in the compilation of the project cost will generally consider the secondary transport costs and other issues,but not from the perspective of layout design to improve and even eliminate this unnecessary 'waste.In overlay arrangement,usually according to the previous construction experience,basic-would not consider logistics system,environmental impact,etc.,make the construction site space can not be fully utilized,resulting in waste of cost.Construction site layout problem is in achieve more conflict with each other or each other unified layout and space constraints,on the construction site of the space can be used for optimization,put temporary construction facilities to the construction site of the effective space,make the material flows between in facilities,equipment and other resources to produce the minimum cost,saving construction cost.The suitable construction plan has a direct effect on the engineering cost,quality and construction period of the site.In order to solve the unreasonable construction site layout of the cost of the problem,using SLP method,on the basis of the comprehensive and detailed investigation,draw all kinds of forms and graphics,calculated,and finally some initial feasible solution,then according to the actual conditions and related correction factor analysis,the optimum scheme of layout design,construction site layout of construction projects.Again based on ant colony algorithm to optimize construction project layout improvements,in the case study facilities all the flow of resources between the cost and the construction site in order to improve the level of environmental protection and environmental cost minimum as the optimization goal,establish a scientific and reasonable multiple target decision model,and use MATLAB software to programming,to raise the level of the scene of the environmental protection,to reduce the environmental cost,reduce the secondary material handling fee such as construction cost target.This method is applied to the actual construction site,and the results show that this optimization method can be used in practical cases.
