With the rapid development of science and technology,people's living standards are getting better and better in today's society,and consumers' demands for quality of life are also increasing.So people are no longer limited to the demand for standardized products,but more to reflect their personalized products.For many families,the importance of cars is self-evident.Coupled with consumer demand for diversity,the production of multi-variety and small-batch production organizations.Consumers' changes in product demand will make the product constantly updated,or companies will be eliminated by the market.When assembling and manufacturing new products,it is not possible to reconstruct the production line for each product because the cost for constructing the production line is very high.If different kinds of products are produced on the same production line,it will be a business.Save a lot of resources and costs.Therefore,we must study the problem of mixed flow production and assembly,and achieve production levelization.Among them,the research on the sequence of production of different types of products is a key to achieving levelization of production.This paper first selects an optimization goal for scheduling,and establishes a mathematical model based on the idea of scheduling modeling.In this paper,several algorithms to solve the production scheduling of mixed-flow assembly lines are introduced.The goal following method and integer programming method based on Lingo software are emphatically introduced.Secondly,for the analysis of the total assembly line production of A automobile manufacturing companies,the optimization of the use rate of each component on the mixed-line was selected as the optimization goal,and a mathematical model for scheduling was established.Reduce the number of cars of each type of vehicle that is planned to be assembled daily to a minimum production cycle,so as to simplify the problem;At the same time,we analyzed and compared the results obtained by A company using the target following method and Lingo software-based integer programming method.Finally,Flexsim software is used to simulate and run the mixed flow line according to the two solutions.A chart of the consumption of each component and time can be obtained.The effectiveness of the method based on Lingo software is verified by solving the objective function,evaluating the calculation time,and simulating the statistics.According to the results of the two production plans,the mathematical programming method based on Lingo software can solve the A company's scheduling model with a shorter time and a smaller objective function.Lingo software is relatively more convenient to use,that is,as long as the original data is slightly modified to get a new mixed line product production sequencing.In order to ensure the accuracy of the results,it can be verified by simulation again.For the enterprise,this method can save time cost more.
