For a long time,the indoor thermal comfort and air quality of hospital wards have always been a hot issue and a hot spot in the field of air conditioning.However,the patient's habit of using air conditioning in the ward is not healthy,which causes the indoor air temperature to deviate from the original intention.In this kind of bad air conditioning use habit,the patient incline to open window ventilated,to balance indoor temperature.The ventilation of open Windows presents a challenge to the stability and thermal comfort of indoor airflow tissues,while the cold and heat transfer also poses a hidden danger to the patient's recovery environment.Air-conditioning ventilation strategy of current hospital ward take most still stays in the design concept of comfort air conditioning,is not good to eliminate indoor pollutants and adjust measures to local conditions to build the reasonable comfort zone,and common ward stream,a lot of visiting personnel itself is also likely to carry infectious virus,secondary infection,the patient lived inside the room or two or more patients are also likely to occur the phenomenon of cross infection,so find and find a can be widely applicable to the general hospital air conditioning put and use standard,for healing ability and ward of the hospital's comfort,safety degree is beneficial.This paper will study the comfort,air quality and pollutant distribution in the ward through questionnaire,field measurement and computational fluid dynamics(CFD).This paper examines the environment in the ward and surveys the patients and visitors,and finds that the indoor heat environment in the summer ward is not satisfactory.Patients are not healthy in the use of air conditioning,most patients have excessive use of air-conditioning resources,causing indoor temperature too low,indirectly affecting the patient's recovery.In addition,it is a person's activity,it is also worthy of attention,most of the research in the air-conditioning field has remained in the static environment without personnel activities,and personnel activities are also a new field.Personnel activities will cause disturbances in the indoor flow field,as a source of heat and pollution,and will also cause changes in the temperature field and the distribution of pollutants.These changes will interfere with the original design of the airflow tissue,affecting the air quality in the ward.Personnel activities will cause disturbances in the indoor flow field,as a source of heat and pollution,and will also cause changes in the temperature field and the distribution of pollutants.These changes will interfere with the original design of the airflow tissue,affecting the air quality in the ward.In this paper,we use the numerical simulation method to simulate the air flow of three types of ventilation in the ward,and confirm the estimation of the use of air conditioning in the research.It is found that under the design condition,indoor air age is not healthy.Finally,by optimizing the form of air flow,the problems of design and open window ventilation are alleviated.In the study of indoor pollutants found that the bed away from the windows,easily lead to accumulation of pollutants,to visit personnel as a source of pollution,there will be accumulation of pollutants.In the study of visitors' movement,it is concluded that visitors'activities will affect the indoor flow field,and the distribution of indoor pollutants is more uniform.
