As an important part of the modern port,port logistics is no longer limited to pure transit nodes in order to adapt to the trend of the times.Its functions are also continuously integrated,and the transformation of logistics ports to trade ports is gradually taken as the development focus.This article will study the port logistics efficiency and spatial connection of the Qingdao Port of Shandong Port Group,evaluate the logistics efficiency of Qingdao Port,optimize the spatial connection of Qingdao Port,analyze the problem from the two dimensions of time and space,and find and improve the uncoordinated factors of port logistics In order to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of Qingdao Port and promote the further development of the logistics industry of Qingdao Port.Mainly done the following work:(1)Combining the selection methods of port logistics input and output indicators,through the analysis of analytic hierarchy process,build the logistics efficiency evaluation index system of Qingdao Port;by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the port logistics efficiency evaluation method,select cross-efficiency data envelopment analysis The comprehensive evaluation model of Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA)and entropy weight method is used to evaluate the logistics efficiency of the port;combined with the current logistics development status of Qingdao Port,an empirical analysis is carried out from the two dimensions of time and space.(2)In the time dimension,taking the index data of 2009-2018 as a sample,and using the comprehensive evaluation model of cross-efficiency DEA and entropy weight method to analyze the logistics efficiency of Qingdao Port,the logistics efficiency of Qingdao Port in the past 10 years has been increased.Situation.From the horizontal and vertical analysis of the evaluation results,according to the chart analysis,it can be obtained:0.63 in 2009,0.56 in 2012,0.57 in 2015,and 0.60 in 2018,the trend is stable;the results show that Qingdao Port ranks fourth and the Yangtze River Delta Port The comprehensive strength of the group is high,Shanghai Port ranks first,and Qingdao Port is in the middle and upper reaches.Therefore,the port logistics efficiency of Qingdao Port needs to be further improved.(3)In the spatial dimension,the total efficiency of logistics efficiency of Qingdao Port and other coastal ports is used as the data set for spatial connection analysis.Through the analysis of the Moran’s I value,the Moran’s I value was 0.103163 in 2009 and 0.411572 in 2018,indicating that the spatial agglomeration of the distribution of port logistics output value in coastal areas is more obvious,the spatial dependence is more relevant,and the significance test is correct;Through the analysis of the Moran index scatter plot,the results show that coastal ports are more concentrated in the third quadrant,and the aggregation of most ports is positively correlated.Through the analysis of the spatial connection of Qingdao Port,it can be seen that due to the advantages of Shanghai Port compared with Qingdao Port in terms of port development scale,etc.,Qingdao Port needs to pay attention to the impact of factors such as development scale when transforming.In short,Qingdao Port,as an important part of Shandong Port,is working hard to build a new pattern of kinetic energy conversion and development.The results of the overall analysis of time and space show that Qingdao Port has advantages in port infrastructure and other advantages compared with other coastal ports in terms of logistics efficiency,and has disadvantages in terms of port logistics development scale.Based on this,relevant improvements are proposed.Through the combination of theory and empirical evaluation of the logistics efficiency of Qingdao Port,the analysis of the spatial connection of Qingdao Port can effectively provide methods and experience for the research of port logistics efficiency evaluation and port comprehensive competitiveness improvement.
