With the increase of demand for cars,The competition in the auto industry is increasing,For the car sales company,sales staff is the window of the enterprise,eventually to consumers buying behavior plays a vital role.And scientific performance appraisal system,able to motivate the sales staffs work enthusiasm,make its better service to customers,realize the goal of enterprise management.This paper takes Liaoning jingqi automobile 4S shop as the research object,and studies the performance appraisal system of the enterprise sales staff.Through on-the-spot investigation,interview,understanding to so many problems existed in the current performance appraisal system of Liaoning jingqi automobile 4S shop,Appraisal main body strong subjectivity,the inspection method is not reasonable use,performance indicators set is not scientific,the inspection cycle setting is not appropriate,inadequate assessment results application,etc.In reference to domestic and foreign advanced performance assessment method on the basis,This study proposes using "post duty and the balanced scorecard method + 360-degree evaluation method" the comprehensive appraisal method of combining.From the performance evaluation index design,setting the index weight,performance appraisal cycle adjustment and performance appraisal results such as communication and application for perfect performance appraisal system.In order to ensure that the new performance appraisal system can be applied in the development of enterprises,the research puts forward some concrete measures for the protection of the organization,system,personnel and so on.
