| In the 21st century,the rapid development of the construction economy,with the progress of science and technology people’s understanding of the assembly building has been further improved.On the one hand,the assembly of buildings to a certain extent,shorten the construction period,to achieve green building goals.On the other hand,the assembly of buildings to break the traditional construction constraints,with the traditional construction can not match the superiority of the entire construction industry has played a huge role in promoting the development.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a complete evaluation system to manage the process and effect of assembly construction and construction quality management.First of all,through the study of a large number of literates,the theory of engineering quality management at home and abroad is mature enough,and the scholars have combed and studied the problems existing in the quality evaluation of assembly buildings from different angles.The theoretical results for later scholars to further explore and research to provide a strong theoretical support.Secondly,based on the theory of quality management,this study,through the relevant literature,combined with management evaluation practice and case study,from the design,production,assembly,transportation and storage of four aspects of quality management,all aspects of indicators to sort out,A complete set of quality management evaluation system.This study combines the 4M1E quality management system with the three-stage control principle,and combines the quality management characteristics of the assembled building to summarize the quality of the assembly and construction quality from the aspects of design quality,production quality,transportation and stacking quality and assembly quality.Management influencing factors.Thirdly,the AHP method is used to analyze the evaluation system of assembly quality and production management.This paper not only contains quantitative indicators,but also contains a large number of multilevel,mulch-angle qualitative indicators,the use of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to determine the assembly of building production and the production of construction quality management evaluation system,Quality management evaluation of the weight of indicators,and thus to improve the quality of assembly-type building quality management evaluation of the effectiveness and rationality.Finally,combined with the actual case,the evaluation system is systematically,objectively and comprehensively analyzed,and the evaluation of the production and construction quality management of the whole assembly-type construction project is completed,with a view to the quality of the assembly Management of the follow-up research to provide reference,and thus promote the assembly of construction and construction quality management evaluation system of continuous improvement. |
