Research On Quality Control Of Construction Project

The construction industry has a high correlation with the construction industry.For the construction industry,the importance of quality control can not be ignored.It is the focus of the whole project management and the only way for the development of construction enterprises.With the continuous development of construction technology,design concept and market demand in the construction industry,in recent years,construction projects have been greatly improved in scale,structural complexity and so on,and the requirements and standards for the quality of the engineering are becoming higher and higher.Therefore,it is imperative to evaluate and optimize the quality control of construction projects with specific engineering examples.Based on this background,this paper studies the quality control of construction projects.Firstly,the related research results of quality management and construction quality control at home and abroad are summarized.Then the related theories of quality control and control of the construction project are collated and summarized.The theoretical research shows that the factors affecting the quality control of the construction project include five aspects: personnel,raw materials,mechanical equipment,method and technology and construction environment.Based on the literature review and the author’s work experience,this paper summarizes the current situation and existing problems of quality control and control in China’s architectural engineering,and further constructs the evaluation index system of the quality management and control of the building engineering according to the previous research.After the empowerment of the analytic hierarchy process,the relative importance of the indicators is determined and the level is carried out.Finally,the fuzzycomprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the quality control level of specific engineering cases.According to the status of management and control,based on all kinds of quality control and control theory,the improvement measures are put forward,and the research results of quality control and control are applied.By evaluating the quality control and control level of the G project,the improvement measures are put forward to improve the quality control and control of the project.In view of the actual problems in the engineering quality control and control,the theory and method of quality control and control are applied to the actual construction project,which provides the reference for the quality control of the same types of projects.It has certain guiding significance.
