With the rise of service design,the system map as an effective method of presenting the overall relationship of the service system,has begun to be concerned by service organizations,social enterprises,and major universities,It has become widely used as an effective concept expression tool.However,its design method and presentation form have a certain degree of professionalism and complexity.At present,the system map has not been clearly described the design tasks and collaboration methods,and thus cannot be effective.Help participants from different career backgrounds to collaborate.To explore the design features of the system map tool,and its tasks and collaboration modes at different stages.It is intended to create collaborative tools that can help participants with different career backgrounds understand and build service system relationships quickly.At the same time,Helps the collaborative activities can be successful hold.First,studied the related theories of system map and service design tools.,and summarizes the evolutionary trends of the system map and their application characteristics,concept definitions and roles in different design scenarios.At the same time,a large number of service design cases were combined to analyze the features of collaborative design at different stages of design,and the related requirements for visual tools.Combined with research,Organized the related problems of the current system map in the collaboration process.Furthermore,with the help of case studies,insighting characteristics of system map,and the principles of Hierarchy,Decision,Availability,and visualization,and Analyze the design and collaboration requirements of system map at different design stages,and produce collaborative system map tools in different design processes.However,in order to verify the usability of the toolkit,the tool was tested in two different workshops from the perspective of experts and non-professionals,and the results of the two surveys were combined to summarize the related issues.To improve system diagram tools.In the strategy,Summarizes the knowledge,analysis,and collaboration strategy of the system map collaborative tool from the problem to the discovery procress.Proposed the concept should collect,arrange the problen,understand service context,explicit functional output,multidimensional output insights,and creating collaborative open discussion atmospheres through interdisciplinary collaboration,mutual understanding,and deeper participation,and Proposes a strategy for exploration,deduction and collaboration from the stage of creative solutions.Visual,deductive reasoning,multiple iterations to support concept visualization,desktop prototype and interpret the service storyline in t 3D space to Show service process.and its also necessary to arrange the team's thinking time to improve the collaboration efficiency.Finally,the application strategy and tools were again veryfied through workshops,and program outputs were produced.At the same time,they accepted feedback humbly and rethought the tool.
