In recent years,new changes have taken place in the development of automobile industry.The world and car companies have shifted their industry's focus to the new technology route which focus on the electric vehicles.And the electric vehicles have continued to be bullish on capital markets.China has further liberalized the joint-stock ratio of electric vehicles and introduced the double integral and other related policies.The electrification of automobile has become a trend.In this paper,taking the electric vehicle as study background and the VCU(Vehicle Control Unit)as the research object.Studies in this paper are made within the VCU testing.Firstly,this paper attempts to investigate and analyze the current situation of electric vehicles and the key technology of the VCU testing at home and abroad,have determined the operating environment of the system.According to the technical requirements,the system modules are divided and the general framework was designed.Secondly,based on the freescale MCU(Micro programmed Control Unit)MPC5744P,this paper have already used the hardware of the EOL(End Of Line)equipment and the VCU.And then the loop test was used,the CAN(Controller Area Network)message was sent and received by the central control module of the simulated body system.The logic control is simply implemented and a detectable closed loop is formed in the paper.The upper computer is used to send control and query CAN message to VCU and the EOL equipment.According to the feedback of VCU and the EOL equipment,the operation and real-time status of the VCU and equipment can be diagnosed.Furthermore,based on the signal characteristics and types detected by the EOL detection equipment and according to the function of VCU,the software of the EOL detection equipment and VCU was designed in the S32 Design Studio environment.In this paper,it drives the hardware circuit to generate the working condition signal,and simultaneously handles both feedback signals.In addition,LABVIEW has been used for programming language.The software of the upper computer was written and the friendly interface was developed,which help users to complete the testing process conveniently and accurately,and display and store the data in the test process.In this way,it is convenient for user analysis and mass detection.Lastly,the system has been jointly debugged.The test includes the transmit-receive of the CAN information and the upper computer software,parameter configuration detection,fault detection and data processing and storage.The test results show that EOL detection system is stable,which has been delivered to customers and has achieved the desired effect.
