Elevator running security has increasingly become the focus of social attention, in this context, the elevator remote supervision system comes into being, and has been well received with good performance. At present the market demand of the system has increased greatly, and will certainly into industrialization development path, at this time the large-scale mass production is inevitable. In order to improve the production efficiency, strengthen the management of the products by type, ensure outgoing quality of the products, improve market competitiveness, finally complete the transition of system development to industrialization, this subject has developed a kind of test equipment to detect performance indicators and functional units fully and efficiently for a certain type elevator remote supervision system. The project comes from a special fund project plan about technology innovation of enterprise in 2013 which is supported by shaanxi provincial Industry and Information Technology Department, and named Elevator Wireless Emergency Communication System(2013213-7).First this paper analysis comprehensive the performance indicators and function realization of the elevator remote supervision system, put forward testing requirements and presents the overall design scheme of the test equipment. Test equipment is composed of test fixture, test circuit board, test software. Of the three, test fixture is the main body structure, test environment of the elevator remote supervision system can be established through using antistatic base, test steels and peripheral reserved interfaces such as serial communication port, battery connecting parts, extension terminals, SIM card slot; Test circuit board whose main control chip is microcontroller(STC11F04E), mainly realizes collection and processing of the response signal, output of the excitation signal, security isolation; The software design is composed of microcontroller software part and the host control software part, through using various technologies and methods such as microcontroller interrupt handling, packing and unpacking of the data, dialogue interface design, control message response processing, serial communication, realizes the following functions read and write equipment parameters, automatic test of performance indicators, display the current state information of equipment, program download, dialing for help based on the MFC dialog box control interface.After the test equipment is developed successfully, through the basic function testing of software and hardware as well as on-line debugging, the test equipment achieves expected design goal, the test equipment has been put into use at present, compare to the traditional test process, the test equipment solves the problems such as low-security, high-cost, burdensome repetitive work, discrete and disorderly test process, has a certain application value.
