Landscape Planning And Designning Of The Ancient Town Of Weichuan Based On Landscapetheorv Abstract

Historic town as the carrier of traditional civilization,is an important part of a long culture.With the development of the economy and the expansion of cities,the historic towns have begun to shift to urbanization.The appearance,layout,land use,and culture of ancient towns have the trend of fragmentation,so historic towns are in urgent need of renovation.As a historic and cultural town in Henan Province,Weichuan has resulted in the destruction of the characteristics of ancient town and the natural environment because of the rapid development.The historical features of the ancient town are no longer complete.Through the landscape planning and design of the ancient town of Weichuan,the ecological landscape environment is improved,the regional cultural features are inherited,and Weichuan will be built into a famous historical and cultural town with rich local cultural characteristics and beautiful landscape environment.This paper collects,collates and analyzes the domestic and foreign researches related to historical and cultural heritage protection and plans for the construction of ancient towns.Then it investigates and analyzes the land use,infrastructures,natural environment,streets and lanes,architectures,and traditional cultureof Weichuan.From the perspective of landscape darning theory,it starts with the characteristic landscape planning of Weichuan,perfects the historical architectural pattern,and establishes a road structure plan that meets the characteristics of ancient towns and the actual needs.Then it builds and protects historical buildings in Weichuan,restores the original appearance of the city walls according to county records,expands the scale of the Chenghuang Temple to reappear the prosperity of Weichuan and meet the needs of the tourism development.It also explores the history and culture of Weichuan such as the traditional folk customs to create the geographical living atmosphere of the ancient town avoiding the homogenization phenomenon of “thousands of towns and millions of houses showing in one appearance”.I want to display this ancient town through various aspects.From the perspective of ecological protection,the layout of the ancient town space is rearranged that I integrate the green space and connect the broken water bodies to form the blend of landscape features of Weicheng.The cultural elements are integrated into the landscape design of the green space to display the cultural features of the Weichuan in an all-round manner.I establish a heritage parkaround the city walls,so we can a double viewing channel that create a botanical landscape while protecting the cityscape.Greenland darning,building component darning,and cultural darning are three major strategies that were used to repair broken textures,replenish landscape fragments,and strengthen the integration of textures through the means of landscape darning,continuing the historical context,creating historical atmosphere,and displaying ancient town styles.The feasibility and implementation method of "landscape darning strategy" in the process of renovation and reconstruction of ancient towns are proposed.
