Wind power generation which has been paid full attention by our country,is easy to develop and abundant resources and has lots advantages of green environmental protection.In twenty-first Century,the scale of wind power generation in China have been expend constantly.Wind power generation equipment is the basic tool of wind power generation,its technology directly affects the quality of the final power products,and affect the efficiency and effectiveness of the wind power industry.Condition-based maintenance as an excellent active maintenance system,can adjust to the development trend of the power equipment of high parameter and large capacity,it has gradually replaced the regular maintenance,and occupied the dominant position of power equipment,but condition-based maintenance is applied lately in wind power industry in our country,there are some problems such as nonstandard system,nonstandard standard and unreasonable process.Total Normalized Productive Maintenance(TnPM)is a suitable equipment maintenance system and very fit for wind power equipment maintenance process,it can help to improve the existing problems in the condition-based maintenance of wind power enterprises in China.Analysing the status of domestic and foreign status maintenance,based on the theory of TnPM,the thesis applied the TnPM system to the maintenance of state maintenance process,in order to specify wind power enterprise's production and maintenance process and improve operation safety and production efficiency.In this paper,based on the five main entry point for the process of status maintenance,apply TnPM system to state volume collection,condition assessment,maintenance decision,maintenance implementation and performance evaluation of each function module.process optimization.At the same time,the optimization of the two modules of the state assessment and performance evaluation is studied by using related algorithms,and a more scientific method is used to optimize the whole process of the wind power equipment condition based maintenance.It has theoretical and practical significance for improving the efficiency of wind power equipment condition maintenance and improving the operation safety standard of wind power enterprises.
