Electric Power Marketing is the core business for power supply companies.Operating in a standardized way is not only vital for the sustainable development of the company,but also a key demand from the regulator and the client.In recent years,with the advancing of the lean management in power supply companies,especially the lean management of electric power marketing,the management standardization of electric power marketing gradually comes into the spotlight during the company development.And the problems in management and business practices unveiled by the strengthened internal controls bring some developmental risks for power supply companies.It is necessary to carry out the power marketing abnormal data query analysis and processing in a consistent manner to control the risks.In order to meet the development needs of marketing under the new situation,Hebei Electric Power Supply Co.,Ltd.introduces the concept of Marketing Quality Control in marketing management.Based on the standardization of marketing practices and years of work experience in internal quality control,the company builds a risk management and control system,standardizing the first-tier marketing staff's activities in practices such as electricity charge accounts,line loss and anti-tampering,improving the standardization of marketing operation and enhancing the ability of marketing risk management and control,which is of great practical significance.This paper first describes the background and significance of the marketing quality control system,and briefly introduces the relevant developments at home and abroad.Second,in order to solve the existing problems in marketing management of Hebei Electric Power Supply Co.,Ltd,the company establishes a marketing quality control system.This paper introduces the system's construction,including the system architecture,features,workflow and the user interfaces.Thirdly,based on the construction of marketing quality control platform,the system uses abnormal filter rules and its business model to customize the filter rules for the main control topics,which include,but not limited to electricity tariff management,power consumption inspection management,line loss statistics management,accounting profit guarantee,electricity bill collection protection,real-time monitoring of tariff,contract file management,accurate meter reading guarantee,as well as key sub-topics algorithm and work content.Fourthly,this paper introduces the testing and launch of the marketing quality control system.Fifthly,with the help of the marketing quality control system and its application and analysis,aiming at the weak links in power marketing,and utilizing the abnormal filter topics and data cleansing technique,the system can accurately locates the abnormal links such as electricity bill collection,line loss and anti-tampering,and cooperate with work order processing and site inspection to effectively improve the level of marketing control.This will result in direct and indirect economic benefits and social benefits.
