Research On The Design Of Power Marketing Service Quality Evaluation System

With the rapid growth of the world economy,the rapid development of all walks of life,power grid enterprises are facing more and more challenges.In the latest round of power industry reform,many countries have taken smart grid as the focus of the new round of power grid reform,and smart grid has been highly valued and vigorously developed by China and other countries [1].With the development of power grid technology,power grid companies continue to promote the deepening of power marketing services,and strive to improve the quality of power supply services to meet the increasing demand of customers for power supply service quality.In order to ensure the customer's experience of using electricity and the smooth development of the internal marketing service of power enterprises,the power marketing inspection and marketing service quality evaluation system has great value.Firstly,this paper expounds the background and significance of power marketing inspection and power marketing service quality evaluation,and introduces the application and development of work quality evaluation system at home and abroad.Secondly,combined with the specific development of power marketing service quality evaluation in China's State Grid Corporation and China Southern Power Grid Corporation,taking Maoming Power Supply Bureau of Guangdong Power Grid Corporation as an example,this paper designs and studies the power marketing service quality evaluation system which is suitable for this unit.Finally,using Oracle database technology,data access technology based on JDBC(Java Data Base Connectivity),hibernate,Weblogic application server technology,business component management and transaction management based on spring,and interface technology based on flex to develop and design the power marketing service quality evaluation system.To improve the work efficiency of power marketing inspectors and optimize the business environment of Maoming.
