As the levels of new energy and the consciousness of green ecological environment in China gradually improve,the wind industry has developed rapidly and the demand of wind power supplies has been grown up.Construction project of wind power plan is facing short project durations,long purchasing cycle,high cost of materials and equipment,deletion and distortion of supplies historical consumption data,the difficulty of demand forecasting and inventory control,and many other problems.At the same time,material cost roughly accounts for seventy percent of the total cost of construction project in wind power project,it is considered to be the most potential location to excavate profit.All of them give demand management and inventory management of wind power plant supplies a great challenge,so material management and inventory control of wind power plant supplies make more and more importance in enterprises.Taking the background of the actual demand of materials management in the wind farm construction project,this paper starts from the characteristics of the wind farm construction projects and analyzes the demand characteristics of the wind farm scientifically,and focuses on the problems of classification of materials and inventory control strategy choice of wind power plant supplies.First of all,based on the industry characteristics of wind farm construction projects and the value demands of various materials,the demand characteristics of key materials and general material requirements are extracted,furthermore,multi-index system for inventory classify is established which adapt to the feature of material management of wind power project;Secondly,based on the exploration of domestic and international scholars in the field of multi-index classification and the actual situation of wind farm materials management,the weight of each index is determined according to the information entropy method and a multi-index material classification suitable for wind farm material management is established;Then,the material management strategy matrix is designed according to the demand characteristics of the wind farm materials and redistributed in terms of the result of the material classification;Finally,an example analysis is carried out contraposed a certain construction project of wind power plant of Xuchang city,and the key-point management is carried out to various materials in allusion to the classification results.After the above research,the main conclusions are as follows: Firstly,the accuracy of the multi-index material classification method is determined by the rationality of the index system and the scientificity of the index weight.According to the analysis of the demand characteristics of the key materials,the various material classification indexes for the wind farm construction project ensure the systematicness of the material classification index system;the weight of each index derived from the information entropy method relies on the actual value of each index variable and its differentiation of the value,this method gets rid of the interference of individual subjective factors to ensure the scientific and quantitative analysis of the weight of index.Secondly,the material inventory control strategy matrix is established on the basis of the material demand characteristics by means of fully taking into account the influence of different material demand characteristics,the original chaotic material inventory control system fully refined and sorted out,it has certain guiding value for material inventory control of wind farm construction projects.Thirdly,based on the results of material classification,the material inventory control strategy matrix is redistributed which makes the direct connection between each category of materials and material inventory control strategies,it facilitates the standardized operation and scientific management of materials management personnel at the project site.
