Smart substation is an important component of the smart grid.Compared with the traditional substation,the network communication technology is widely used in smart substation.The traditional network management system is used by the network maintenance departments and personnel,rarely used by units and the personnel facing the communication services.Because of the end-to-end security of important services,active services and differentiated services of different services,transition from passive maintenance to early warning monitoring,the traditional network management system needs to be expanded.The switchs lack condition monitoring information model and the physical circuit can't be automatically detected.The physical circuit and virtual loop can't be displayed together.The services of SV/GOOSE/MMS need to be manually configured.A communication network management system is studied.The main work includes:(1)The architecture and key technologies of the adaptive network are described.Based on the IEC 61850 standard,a switch condition monitoring information model is established.The measurable SV packet transmission delay,the plug-and-paly devices and its influence are analyzed.The switch is modeled based on the IEC 61850 standard,which can lay a foundation for the switch condition monitoring.(2)Based on the adaptive network,the overall architecture,deployment framework,functional architecture and implementation scheme of the network management system are designed.Firstly,the functional requirements and non functional requirements are investigated.Then,referring to the architecture and function model of TMN,the model and function are tailored.The management model and architecture relationship suitable for adaptive are obtained.Finally,the key technologies are researched and developed.(3)The requirement analysis is carried out and the object-oriented modeling is completed by using the UML.Use case diagrams include sercice management,topology management,configuration management,performance management and alarm management.The import and check of SCD files,the automatic discovery and configuration of services,visualization of physical circuit and virtual loop are included in the time sequence diagrams.The monitoring objects are established in the class diagrams.The design of the network management system has been tested and verified in an extension project of a substation.The test results verify the feasibility of the scheme,meet the functional requirements,effectively improve the operation and maintenance efficiency,and have good engineering practical value.
