Electric Power Enterprises are the important public utilities and basic industries which supporting social development and national economy.Improving the efficiency and quality of power generation enterprises and reducing the pollution and waste of resources of power generation enterprises are the key factors that affect power generation enterprises,and also relate to the energy security and economic lifeline of China.However,due to the influence of facility equipment and science and technology,some power plants are ageing.Power generation stability and safety are affected seriously,and pollution to the environment is becoming more and more prominent in the process of power generation.In the 13 th Five-Year Plan,emphasis is placed on promoting the upgrading of traditional industries,implementing major technological renovation and upgrading projects in manufacturing industry.The state policy also encourages and supports enterprises to upgrade their production equipment and government also provide certain preferential tax policies.And with the more and more fierce competition in the power industry,energy saving,emission reduction and cost reduction are the important means for the development of power enterprises.Therefore,Shenhua Guohua Group has put forward "green power" plan to respond to the national call for the implementation of a series of equipment retrofit projects.The boiler heating surface is the main heat transfer equipment of the boiler,which absorbs energy from the exothermic medium and transfers it to the surface of the endothermic medium.Among all kinds of accidents of boiler equipment,the leakage and explosion of heating surface(economizer,water wall,superheater,reheater)are the most common,accounting for about 30% of all accidents.Once the boiler heating surface leaks or explodes,it must be stopped before it can be disposed of.The economic loss caused by this is huge.The 600 MW supercritical boiler of Taicang Power Plant is the first batch of 600 MW boiler with supercritical parameters in China.The boiler efficiency,NOx emission and so on reached the excellent level after putting into operation.However,with several years of commercial operation,the oxide scale on the heating surface of the high temperature heating surface falls off,which leads to tube bursting accidents caused by the blockage of the tube,which greatly affects the availability of the unit.Therefore,it is necessary to retrofit Guohua Taicang No.8 Unit for heating surface modification.This paper is aimed at the research on the implementation and comprehensive evaluation of the retrofitting project of Guohua Taicang No.8 unit boiler heating surface.Firstly,the structure and function of the boiler heating surface are introduced.This paper analyzes the necessity and significance of the retrofitting of heating surface.Secondly we expatiates on the theoretical basis of comprehensive evaluation,and discusses the theories and methods of boiler upgrading,heat transfer and project evaluation by consulting the relevant domestic and foreign literatures.Thirdly,this paper introduces the general situation of No.8 boiler heating surface retrofit project in Taicang Power Plant.Finally,it constructs a comprehensive evaluation model by combining AHP with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The index and its weight are determined by analytic hierarchy process,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the heat surface reconstruction project of Guohua Taicang No.8 unit,and the comprehensive evaluation conclusion is good.
