Leisure farm relies on agricultural production and rural life,and takes farming culture as the core.takes advantage of the unique resources of regional agriculture,through the farm function of scientific plannings and project development design,is a form of tourism which provides sightseeing,leisure,accommodation,education,experience,buy a number of services and high-quality agricultural for tourists.This article will takes leisure farms in Yiwu Kechaung as the research object,and the "particularity" of the new area is the breakthrough point.The new area is set up,and the original leisure farm should choose a "degree",at the same time,the resources are in accordance with the new area construction style,and become an organic part of the new area.on the basis of literature review,comb the domestic and foreign leisure farm status and relevant research results,summarizes the development characteristic and significance of leisure farm.Based on the theoretical analysis,combined with field investigation and analysis of 11 farms in the area,there are many shortcomings,such as blurred image,lack of regional culture and uninteresting leisure projects.Construct the hierarchical structure model of the evaluation index of the leisure farm,use AHP to determine the weights of the indexes,including the regional characteristics of "dimension","planning dimension" and "farm characteristic dimension","core system dimension","auxiliary system dimension","management system dimension" and "ecological environment dimension" seven factor layers and twenty-five index layers,and the leisure farm various indexes were analyzed and evaluated quantitatively,the advantages and disadvantages of leisure farm situations in Yiwu Kechaung District.For the first time,the theory of "organic renewal" is introduced into the construction of leisure farm in the new urban area,and then put forward the organic renewal strategies of city leisure farm construction area,and then put forward ideas and update difficulties,and update mode--"thoroughly updated model" and "part of the update mode",hoping though the “functional positioning strategy”,“leisure project update strategy”,“space landscape construction strategy”,“regional cultural penetration strategy”,“ platform strategy”,“system optimization ecological function update strategy” these six aspects,uses the organic renewal strategy on the leisure farms,and provides the reference for the construction of the domestic leisure farm area in the future,with theoretical innovation and practical significance to the field of landscape architecture.
