Research On Organic Update Strategy Of Historic District

The historical district represented by the six towns in the south of the Yangtze River faces the challenges of sustainable protection and sustainable development.At the same time,it is subject to the transformation and upgrading of the diversified business.By studying the organic renewal strategy of historical blocks,on the one hand,it protects the material and non-material of historical blocks.Remains,it protects precious historical buildings and surrounding environment,explores the traditional culture and spiritual civilization of historical blocks.On the other hand,it transforms the traditional image of Jiangnan ancient towns,promotes the integration of tradition and modernity,and promotes the development of historical districts to promote and enhance the contemporary influence of historic blocks.This paper adopts the parallel research of literature research and case study to complete the research and establishment of the organic renewal strategy system of historical blocks.Firstly,it expounds the connotation and formation process of the protection and renewal of historical blocks,summarizes the legislative process,core principles,theoretical system and implementation mode of protection and renewal,sorts out the evolution process of the protection system of historical blocks at home and abroad,follows the core principles of historical block protection,and updates organically.Under the guidance of theory,humanistic theory and sustainable development theory,the study of organic renewal strategies in historical blocks was completed.Through the analysis of domestic and international cases,the common points of historical block protection update are drawn out.and the organic update strategy of historical blocks is summarized as "humanistic landscape production five-dimensional strategy",including livable environment design strategy,historical context protection strategy,regional life cultivation strategy,open space construction strategy and block industry recovery strategy.Finally,by way of example demonstration,it takes the Laosanzhong area in the ancient town of Xitang as an example to discuss the various tasks under the guidance of the update strategy,uses the "people-oriented" design concept to explore the needs of tourists and aborigines from the user's perspective,and completes the updated design of historical district which provides new working ideas and references for organic updates in other historic neighborhoods.The results of the thesis show that the organic update strategy of historic blocks can effectively guide the actual planning project.The key innovation lies in the introduction of the concept of diversified business,breaking through the traditional historical district renewal method,and guiding the sustainable development of the historical district with the perspective of advancing with the times.In addition,in the form of enterprises,governments,and residents participating in the planning,the user experience of the stakeholders is fully considered,and an effective and practical update plan is finally obtained.
