With the rapid development of economy in our country,the construction methods of traditional cast-in-place concrete structure houses can not meet the needs of housing construction and development under the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.In this context,assembly-type housing came into being,it overcomes many shortcomings of the traditional construction methods,it has significant economic and social benefits simultaneously.Based on the theory of matter element,this paper combines theoretical research with practical analysis.Using the method of matter element analysis,this paper constructs the evaluation index model of assembled concrete structure house and cast-in-place concrete structure residential house,the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are combined and the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to calculate the weight,the software MATLAB is used to calculate the comprehensive degree of structure,and the assembled house and the cast-in-place house are systematically analyzed and evaluated.The evaluation grade of the assembled concrete structure residential house is "very good",and the assessment grade of the cast-in-place concrete structural residential house is "good",which proves that the prefabricated concrete residential building has a good performance in functional adaptability,technical suitability,energy saving and environmental protection,architectural perception,safety and applicability are better than cast-in-place concrete residential buildings.So in the development of the construction industry,fabricated residential more competitive and development potential than the cast-in-place residential.At the same time,the full life cost as a guideline,the cost of the assembled concrete structure house and cast-in-place concrete structure in-depth comparative analysis.Through the establishment of the full life-cycle cost model,a detailed analysis and comparison of the costs at all stages shows that the economic efficiency of fabricated concrete structures is far better than that of cast-in-place concrete structures during the whole life cycle of residential buildings.It further proves the unique application value and broad development prospect of the assembled house in the field of construction.Through the comprehensive comparison and analysis of the assembled concrete structure house and the cast-in-place concrete structure house,it provides a strong scientific basis for the popularization of the assembly type house in our country,and provides certain reference value for the research of the post-assembly type house.
