With the development of "Internet + logistics",Non-truck operating common carrier gradually appeared in the logistics market.Relying on the new technology,such as the physical internet,artificial intelligence,data processing and so on,freight logistic become more intelligent and innovational.Since the ministry of transport implemented the policy in 2016,many provinces had pay attention to it,and gain some achievement,such as Hubei,Chongqing,Zhejiang,Sichuan,Hainan,Inner Mongolia,Jiangxi,Shanghai,Henan,Yunnan,Liaoning,Fujian,Tianjin,Guangdong.At the same time,it also caused many problems in practical activities.On the one hand,considering the profit of the platform,the charging mechanism of the non-truck operating common carrier be focused on more attention.Based on the theory of two-side market,the paper analyzed the characteristics of non-truck operating common carrier,and discussed the impact of different factors in the pricing process.So it can help to solve the pricing problem of non-truck operating common carrier in different phase.Firstly,in order to solve the pricing problem of non-truck operating common carrier in preliminary development phase,the paper analyzed the influence of service cost,network externality and the experience satisfaction of users and so on.And constructed the pricing model of monopoly platform in preliminary development phase.So it can explain the rationality of the pricing strategy why it is asymmetrical for the shipper users and the actual carrier users.Secondly,the paper analyzed the platform pricing problem in the stable competitive environment.In the competitive environment,the symmetry factor of platform was considered when constructed the pricing model of the non-truck operating common carrier in stable development phase.It also compared the pricing strategy among asymmetric competition platform and symmetry competition platform,and analyzed the difference and relationship of different pricing strategy.Finally,the paper analyzed the pricing problem in the fierce competitive environment.Based on the pricing model in stable development phase,the transfer behavior of users was considered.In this case,it allowed the shipper users and the actual carrier user shift between two competitive platforms.So the competition process was divided into two phases,the switching cost and price subsidies ware considered.In the last,based on Hotelling model,it constructed the two-phase pricing model in mature development phase.At the same time,the paper adopt the reverse method to solve the model,and discussed the pricing strategy of non-truck operating common carrier platform.Furthermore,it also analyzed the influence of different factors to the pricing strategy and the price subsidies in mature development phase,and made the corresponding conclusions.In addition,the corresponding conclusions ware verified by using specific examples.
