Study On Conservation Planning Of Guanlu Historical And Cultural Village In Yi County From The Perspective Of Human Settlement

Historical and cultural villages are the carriers of local material culture and region characteristics,which have high historical value,cultural value and artistic value.In recent years,with the national promotion of the urbanization process and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,the living environment of historical and cultural villages can no longer meet the needs of the villagers.Therefore,it is urgent to protect the historical and cultural villages and comprehensively improve human settlement.First of all,the purpose and significance of improving human settlement in historical and cultural villages are summarized according to the analysis on the historical and cultural villages' home and abroad and the present research of human settlement.To deal the overall character of the human settlement environment has been destroyed,the inheritance of traditional culture is facing difficulties,traditional buildings have been in disrepair for a long time,there are hidden dangers,and infrastructure cannot meet the needs of the villagers.,this paper reference the protection measures of domestic historical and cultural villages and put forward four corresponding strategies: the protection of nature systems,the continuation of social systems,the improvement of living systems and the improvement of supporting systems.Secondly,select Guanlu historical and cultural village as object,then we deeply analyze it using the theory of human settlements environment and from natural systems,social systems,living systems and supporting systems dialectically analyzes the pros and cons of the human settlements environment in Guanlu historical and cultural village.Finally,combined with the conservation planning of Guanlu historical and cultural village,we put forward practical and effective improvement measures and conservation planning proposals for the human settlement of Guanlu Village.We advocate that the protection of natural systems should proceed from the protection of the landscape environment,protect the landscape environment of the village,protect the environment at the mouth of the village,and simultaneously control the landscape of the villages and landscapes.In the continuation of the social system,industrial development should be based on regional characteristics and choose the industrial development model that suits itself.Cultural heritage should be people-centered,encourage the inheritors to maintain the dynamic inheritance of traditional culture.The improvement of the residential system is to classify and renovate the residential buildings in accordance with the architectural style,and put forward five measures to protect: repair,improve,retain,renovate,and recommend the demolition.In the promotion of the support system,it is advocated to improve infrastructure without prejudice to the status quo of the village's current architectural style and streets and lanes,and to make full use of the existing infrastructure.
